Great photos of the project & Steve & Dianne's visit. Thinking about you and hope you are able to keep warm & safe. You should be receiving a small package soon, hope you can use it to keep warm!

MessageThe project appears to be going very well. I'm sure you will be glad to be getting back home soon, just in time for spring weather.

I've seen the northern lights when stationed in Alaska and they were absolutely awesoom!

Take care.

MessageHi Aubrey, Adam, and Phil!

Sorry that I haven't written before now, but school has been soooooooo busy since I got back. Still trying to catch up. I just wanted to thank all of you for letting me tag along with you and learn about what you are doing. My students are interested, and they have been following your blog. Great pictures of Barrow! I really enjoyed meeting Paul Shepson, and I hope that I get to meet him again and spend a little more time with him. I envy you guys getting to go out to the lead -- please take some pics and post them. Maybe one of these days I will get to spend some more time on the ice. It seems a little early for a big lead to break open. Please let me know if the LEADEX stuff will be posted on the web. Enjoy the rest of your time in Barrow, and be sure to hook up with the Aerosonde group. Keep in touch -- I look forward to your next blog entry about your arctic adventures. Let me know if you are coming to NC/SC anytime -- stop in Asheville!
