BTW, that restaurant "Pepes north of the border" is frequently featured on the Steve and Johnny show on WGN AM 720 out of Chicago. Fran Tate who owns Pepes wrote a book called Tacos on the Tundra about that restaurant! Sorry I am sending this late and thanks again for some fantstic pics.  |

| Message | I am flying up to Barrow next week to live for 6 months and i was searching the web for different tidbits of information on the town when i happenend upon your site. As your pictures were loading in your original post, i thought to myself, man, that really looks like Lambert Fieldhouse. And then more pictures loaded up, and i saw scrawled in one of the pictures, Boilermakers, and i thought to myself, that IS Lambert Fieldhouse! I just graduated with my Bachelors last month from Purdue, and wanted you to know how cool I think it is that i won't be the first Purdue person up there in Barrow.  |
