MessageMorning,
I know what you are doing is great! Thank you, as the information you have taken the time to put on your website is informative. I am part of a non-profit in Maine newly formed called Giving Autism Balance & Equality. We look at Autism differently, it is here and we need to address it as it is. You are one of the few that are willing to bring light and information. I am finding in my search that many parents still live with a quiet shame of having giving birth to a child with Autism.
As part of this team we want to do as much as we can where it is needed most. One task at a time, joining with others that are like minded. The number of individuals I talk to is growing in number, and of course we have an author who wrote"Navigating Through Autism", which is our beginning.
I look forward to reading the information and Thank you, again.

MessageI have a three-year-old and these photos really stunned me. What can we do (in Western NY) to help? Are there proven facts that vaccinations can directly cause Austism? I am active in our local MOMS Club chapter and would like to get more information so we can make a difference and protect children.

MessageIt breakes our hearts to think our grandson may never have a normal life as kids and young adults should know it, or even as an adult to be able to make choices and live a normal life. It's also hard for the family to function as a whole, with constANT CARE AND WORRY FOR sAWYRR. wE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO HELP AND BE THERE FOR THEM. I also had a brother who might have been autistic had they diagnosed that years ago. He was happy, had a great sense of humor, and was loved and cared for in the community. THERE IS HOPE.
