| Message | Hi, my name's Rick and I'm a sinner. Thanks to everyone for participating... it's reassuring to see that everyone is struggling to find the path, and coming together as community to do it. It's the Body of Christ at its finest. Conflict can be productive, although (laughing at the remembrance) it can sometimes be like how my little brother and I fought over the roadmap when we were kids while our dad drove on knowing where he was going all the time. A long time ago, a wise man taught me to look beyond the scriptural at the Christic. I've tried to do so ever since. While looking at how Jesus summarized the whole of the Law, I also remember how he said, You are not far from the Kingdom. I also remember that he quoted scripture a lot! Look around and see that God is good! As summarized by one of your own that last time I was with you -- and it applies to this project -- we should do it for those who count on it. You all remind me what it means to love one another, and are a blessing! Keep bringing the Kingdom! |
