| Message |  Its a long shot tracing my adopted family tree. I soent the winter off 1946/47 in Eversden area @ Manor Farm Rectory lane. The farm was owned by my uncle Howard. They produced fruit & pigs. There was a bakehouse over the road & a Spring for fresh water. My mothers name was Joyce Clara Jacklin before marriage in 1924. to Charles Edward Palmer in cambridge.My mothers father was a Boot Maker @ Fulbourne Assylum. My mothers sister Bertha Bull was Matron @ Chivers Histon.My mother also worked there as a nurse.Any help on my family would be appreciated. Andy ,from down under in OZ |

| Message | My name is Alan Eversden, seeking my ancestry. I've traced a great great grandfather William Eversden born 1811 from Gt Eversden, who married Sarah Cade in 1835, and lived in Little Eversden until he died in 1888. Does anyone have any knowledge of his parents? |

| Message | I,ve recently been researching my family tree and found that my maternal ancestors all came from Little Eversden. My great grandfater, James Starr left in 1900 with his new wife, Jane winn ( i think) and moved to industrial Teesside where I am today. It sounds such a pretty place and would love to visit one day. |
