| Message | I have been playing the guitar for many years, though I am not a professional guitarist—even though I was once part of a blues and rock band. I fell in love with fingerpicking, and ragtime in particular; over the years, I have enjoyed arranging various classical piano pieces for the guitar. I am very grateful to Steve for the wonderful site he created for acoustic guitar enthusiasts and for publishing my work. While I wouldn't call myself a skilled performer, I believe my arrangements work quite well, particularly thanks to their fluid playability and faithfulness to the original compositions. |

| Message | I've been around on this site from the early days and have since marvelled at the amount of work Steve has put in over the years to maintain and promote the variety of guitar music and associated tablatures now available for all to share and learn from . Thanks mate It really has been a herculean effort on your part to collate all the material now available herein . It's also gratifying to consider that our contributions , freely given , are stillbfreely distributed to all that ask for them .. .from anywhere . Over the years, I've learned to play other instruments but always return to the ' Queen' .....guitar |
