| Message | Can't recommend these guys enough. Not the first time we've used them either. We have recently had 2 living room windows, 2 kitchen windows, 7 large fixed windows in a new extension, a set of large sliding doors(as big as they can go) and 2 oversized triangular glazing panes in a high up section of the vaulted ceiling and nothing was a problem for these guys. Where there were potential issues or restrictions they would always try and find a solution. The team work very well together and communications about what can and can't be done are had up front so there is no misunderstandings. Workmanship is always of a very high standard. We had some issues during our build which meant changes happened impacting window sizes etc and this was dealt with in a very professional manner. Personal and professional service from Graeme and his team has been greatly appreciated. |

| Message | I have known about Windowstore for over 20 years.I remember being one of their first 3 customers (1996)after installing their first telephone line in a new business venture.Since that they have expertly installed windows and doors in my last 2 properties plus recommended relatives and friends to give them a call for great quotes which have resulted in work being carried out by a great team of joiners and window fitters with a knowledge and backup system second to none.I wouldnt consider using anybody else as they arrive onsite when they say and charge what they quote.A VERY professional outfit. |

| Message | If anyone reading this is thinking about buying Windows from Windowstore and may be concerned about after sales service please read on . We bought Windows and doors from Graham a couple of years back. They were beautiful, well fitted by competent tradesmen. Our patio door was similarly fitted. We decided to fit new carpet and as a consequence the door would not open as the carpet was too thick. We called Graham and explained the situation, that it was our decision to fit the carpet but could he help. A week later and a visit from the team and the entire door and frame was lifted, refitted and left as good as the day it was installed, only now opening beautifully over the new carpet. This can only be described as FANTASTIC after sales service. Once you are with Windowstore you're ALWAYS with Windowstore! Don't hesitate. We didn't. Brilliant job, thank you so much!! |

| Message | Recently we had a burglary at our home and our garage was targeted. The thief then attempted to break into our home via our French Doors. Luckily the double glazed units defeated the thief, who tried at 8 separate points to gain entry. Window-store supplied all our double glazing and I am so relieved, due to the quality of the product, that the burglar did not gain entry into my home. I would definitely recommend this company’s product and it’s workmen who have since repaired the damage that the thief caused. Thank you Window Store. |

| Message | I would highly recommend Window Store for double glazing. I have just had seven windows, front door with side panel back door with side panel(window)and French doors installed. I had just called into the showroom, I was given a price by Graeme as I had photos of my old windows on my phone, No hassle, No pressure and No pestering phone calls. I went back to showroom following day and gave the go ahead. Willie and Stuart came on 21st July 2016, great guys worked hard in the heat and through thunder and lightning. No mess whatsoever as they cleaned up as they went. Windows and doors look fantastic and what a great finish to them on the inside. Well done guys, another very happy customer. |

| Message | Just had composite doors fitted by this firm and it really was a professional and friendly experience. Their attention to detail is meticulous but the best bit is there s no hard sell, you just tell them what you want they tell you the price and that's it! Would definitely recommend these guys. |
