| Message | Irene I can not thank you enough for my 3 night stay this week with you. Your home and my room were so welcoming, clean, cosy, warm and a delight to spend time in. The breakfast was incredible!! And not forgetting what outstanding value for money!! Porthtowan itself is a captivating magical place In any weather and is ideally located to get to all parts of Cornwall. I look forward to returning again very soon to stay with you! I would recommend Irene's b&b to anyone who is looking for a place to stay while in Cornwall 😁💕 |

| Message | We had a lovely weekend stay here, the warmest greeting and hospitality from Irene. Breakfast was lovely and our 6 year old nearly ate everything on the menu. We were heading off to the beach for the day and Irene loaned us buckets and spades, little things make all the difference in our opinion. Would gladly recommend No 9 to anybody. Thank you Irene.   |

| Message | We loved our stay at 9, Beach Road B&B! We stayed for 3 nights on our very first family holiday with our 2 year old son, who didn't want to leave "Irene's house". We were made to feel so welcome by lovely Irene who is a wonderfully warm lady, and even let our toddler play with her grandsons toys. The breakfast was delicious and made with high quality produce. The whole B&B was spotlessly clean, and felt like a 'home from home'. Would definitely recommend. Very good value. |

| Message | Can't recommend Irene's B&B highly enough! I stayed for 6 nights at the end of July and didn't want to go home. Irene is warm, friendly and welcoming. Her home is immaculate, and the rooms have everything you need, with extra touches thought of, and provided. She went to lots of effort to cater to my dietary requirements and her freshly cooked breakfasts are superb. The location is fabulous as the beach is a 3 minute walk away. The B&B is quiet but you can hear the sea and be lulled to sleep in the peaceful surroundings. With transport links,the excellent Blue Bar, well-stocked shop, lovely beach and 9 Beach Road, Porthtowan makes a great place to explore Cornwall, and Irene's is the perfect place to stay!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Irene. I felt completely at home and as though I've made a new friend. Absolutely faultless! 10 out of 10!! Don't think about it, Book it! 😊 |

| Message | Stayed for 6 nights with Irene last week. It was 'home from home' straight away. Irene is so friendly, warm and welcoming. My room was immaculate, with all the little touches thought of and provided. The cooked breakfasts are freshly made and Irene catered to my dietary requirements (as I'd given her advance notice) wonderfully well. The sound of the sea lulls you to sleep. Location is fantastic for all the local north and south Cornwall places to visit. I recommend the Blue Bar too, for a great dinner with a view, then a 3 minute stroll home. Didn't want to leave. Many thanks Irene for making my stay absolutely magical! Can't recommend highly enough. Book it, do it!  |

| Message | Sherrie and I are repeat guests at Irene's.We come to visit local relatives,but also look forward to seeing "Irene" as much as them!The way she makes us feel like a part of "her" family keeps us coming back(as well as her English breakfast)"9 Beach Road" will always be in our memories of "Porthtowan" along with her kindness and hospitality. We've come to look forward toward the "Tea and conversations" as much as the time in and around the village. Its so conveniently located for us.
