| Message | Thanks much for your tutor and example. I fell in love with tenor banjo many years ago, but was always a wind player (flute, bagpipes, etc.) and had trouble getting my head around strings. With the news that I had cancer some years ago I determined to get familiar with at least one stringed instrument & got a tenor banjo. I'm cancer-free 7 years leter, and have almost stopped playing anything else because tenor banjo varieties are so much fun (standard tenor, zither banjo, cello banjo, shamisen). Have also ordered your tune book for myself and my eldest daughter, Deirdre. I look forward to the day when I get disqualified from a Fleadh Cheoil - I'll know then that I've finally made it!
