MessageHello from Vancouver Island.

I'm running 1/43 Artin cars on an oval using Ninco 1/32 tack. I run with no magnets, ballast added, adjustable voltage and dwarf modified bodies. The cars run perfect using this setup.

The wider track gives a very scale effect and drifting past on the corners is possible.

Lots of close action racing the other car and not racing the track. More like 1:1 scale for loads of close racing fun

MessageSeeing how much my grandchildren enjoys slotcar racing got me going on Carrera 1/43.
Currently working on a permanent track at 2,5 by 1,3 meters.
Being an electronics dedicated man your lighting up the cars inspired me to create a circuitboard using SMD components, which should fit just nicely inside most 1/43 cars - still working, getting ready for the first test assembly.
If I may I would like to publish my findings on your impressive site for others to enjoy.

BR.
Carsten

MessageHi Philippe,
I took your ideas about adding front and rear lights for my Carrera 1/43 cars and used your circuit and components details.
Came out great.
Thank you.

MessageHi! got a lot to learn here. Focus on 1:43. Looking for suppliers of replacement parts and new model cars.
Thanks for any trick or tip. We´re very poor here of 1:43 information, networks or Market salers. However, i found great delight playing with the HK brand GoldenBright! They got a nice range of circuit models as cars models. Specially great are the MB CLK. Quite stable on the tracks, with a 6V engine, that I push through 9V AC adaptor. CLK's flyby.
Assembly are quite similar as Artin standards.Sorry for the english. Got to learn lots on 1:43 names and nicknames.
