MessageHi Dave,

Its been a long time!

Hope you are well, full gig diary and the royalties are rolling in.

On a sad note I lost my dad (BOB Bray ) last year,
so not had time for anything 'till now.

Feel free to email me with any news and events in the southampton area.

MessageHi Dave have not been in touch for some time so I hope you are well and happy. I am still working, most of my work is at the Boadstairs Bandstand in the summer doing a couple of days a week and extras when needed. I am playing Old pop and resting the guitar for easy listening. It works because of the mixed crowd that I get. Have not touched my Steel for years now and have almost sold it a couple of times but the buyer pulled out. Am using a Strat and enjoying it. It is my third and the first two just did not do it for me then I picked up this one and I love it. In on of the photos I see you playing a Godin, Nylon strung, I have been tempted as I like the sound and feel of nylon. I also have a friend who has one and plays Gypsy style jazz which is very enjoyable. Well the mad season is upon us again and Christmas gigs to be done before the lull of January & February. Have a great christmas. I will be seeing Coral and Billy soon and will tell them I have sent you this. All the best to you and your family for Christmas & new year. Arthur.

Messagejust bought my first pedal steel! I play mandolin ukulele guitar bass organ/keys harmonica accordion violin as well as dj equipment like spinners and effects controllers. Growing up I was subjected to a local Winnipeg show called "The Western Hour" I remember being intrigued by the steel played by (i'm almost sure) Len Fairchuck. In later years seeing Pink Floyd use it got me goin again!Any how wish me luck! another instrument to be learned and loved. Any tips? please send my way! P.s mine is a MSA (micro.inc) "the universal super sustain 2" designed by Bud Carter. what can u tell me about it?
thanks The youngest steel guitar player to be in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada!!
all the best, mike
