| Message | ok, so i just read your nook/kindle entry... and we both know i'm just as huge a bookworm as you are. however, i have to completely disagree with you about the kindle. ;-) though, i too was skeptical at first... until i held one in my hot little hands. until i read a book on it, until i tried to read a printed book again after that. now, don't get me wrong, i WILL have a physical library with actual printed books if and when possible. the kindle is no substitute for that. however... i am a convert, pure and simple. and yes, that includes even just spending an evening cuddled up reading. the kindle is just so much more user-friendly as far as holding it, keeping it open to the page you're reading, turning pages with one hand, etc. plus, my hubby can read his 1000+ pg "hardback" new release... laying on his side in bed. comfortably. =) ...aaaand, it has this nifty lil bar at the bottom, that tells you exactly where you are in the book, percentage wise. ;-)
...i dunno, i'm thinkin i need to come hand you mine and tell you to read a coupla pages on it. =P might have to put that on the agenda.
