| Message | I absolutely agree with this - Krejza was dropped after being thrown to the wolves on a hard fast traditional Perth track. Warne wouldn't have taken a wicket on that pitch. Just why he didn't go to Sth Africa and then England is a mystery - he must have done something seriously bad off the field or in the change room to justify his sacking - either that or the selectors are way off beam.
Horitz in England didn't perform when it mattered most - the last day of the first test. Franky, Im yet to see him actually turn a ball yet the selectors seem to have faith in him - in one of the least inspiring spinners to ever wear the baggy green. Krejza, on the other hand, extracts serious turn and BOWLS WICKET TAKING DELIVERIES!!!
And a spinner should be a wicket taker, not someone to just hold down runs when the ball gets a bit old. I loved listening to the ABC describing Krejza's debut performance and the descriptions of the trouble he had the Indians in. But I just turn off when Horitz is thrown the ball - he is as boring as overs 15 to 40 in a one day game and lets be honest - who amongst us ever really believes Horitz is bowling a spell where a wicket is a sure thing.
Krejza's ommision from the national side confirms what I have long suspected - I could do a better job than the current selectors, and so could all who suppoort this most worthy and nationally important cause - RECALL KREJZA AND DISCOVER AUSTRALIA'S NEXT SERIES WINNING SPINNER!! |
