| Message | Good Afternoon To my TUFA family and also giving respect to the owners of the league Mr Yogi and Ms Pam Mitchell , and all of the team owner and teams in the league. I will keep this short and sweet the measure of a MAN is the way he conducts himself and how he GIVES and GET RESPECT. I am very blessed and horned to be part of this league and the Texas Gladators as a coach and I will speak of it with the up most RESPECT AND REGARD Mr Bill Smith THE WAY YOU ARE CONDUCTING yourself. Is not that of a MAN THAT WANTS RESPECT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GIVING IT. I as a black man wish no hard or ill feelings toward you but instead of showing neagtive feeling towards something that is good and helping people be positive and help uplift and make it better. But that not what you are doing and it's really sad and you seem like a good person but with alot of hate in your heart for people that are trying to do good and help get people off the street by using this league as way to do it. As I tell my students if you want RESPECT stand up like a man or woman and give it and it will be giving to you as well be part of the answer not the problem. As adults we need to meet people face to face and say what we need to say instead of hiding behind a computer screen this is a business and we sould conduct or selves that we because you never know who maybe looking at this league to help it and take it higher. I think Yogi and Pam do a hell of a job running this league and helping people live ther dreams. |

| Message | Season is around the corner so let's not worry about who has what on their squad. Soon enough everybody will have to strap up and let the helmets and pads do the talking. Analysts aren't always right so don't take it personal when someone says something about your team, simply prove that person wrong when it comes game time. Can't wait til the season starts.
