The reason I stated the following rules & regulations is because this is a guideline expressed with the organization we are working with, so please don't take it personal. I spoke with the player involved & from the conversation, it was a misunderstanding & it was addressed privately between you two, so for you to bring it on a GB, I personally thought it was rather pointless. Just my opinion. We the, Texas Colts are not perfect, but I've come to see that individuals in this league like to address certain issues with other teams & make them exaggerated or amplified. Within this, it's all good because you stated we should handle things in house, as the same with y'all. So with that said, we WILL see y'all March 17, 2012. Thanks for your respective concern. | Message | Hey Big Holmes, while you are laying out ground rules on respect, you should probably start in-house since one of your players (Bautista) found it necessary to come on MY team's Facebook page and blatantly disrespect us using very vulgar language that I obviously will not repeat. I don't mind trash talk amongst us players/coaches, etc within the scope of football in our private forums, but when things such as "F" yall and yall are a bunch of "B's are put on a public forum that our families, friends, and fans have access to, that's where the line must be drawn. Now, I told him how I felt about it personally on Facebook, now I'm passing it along to management. I have several friends within your organization and have tons of respect for it and I know that one man doesn't define an organization, but if you want respect, it must be given. Take care, M.
