| Message | Fellas, fellas, fellas...although the Warriors appreciate all the positive perspective and the props thrown our way from "look"...whoever that is, there are several factors at play regarding the "best" in the league. There are several teams that have fine organizations within this league and others. Some of which are established, some of which are new, such as The Warriors. All of which, old or new, have to prove themselves. The most overlooked factor in playing at this level, on any team, is the quality of the character of the player....not his talent, speed or size. Its the coachability of the player, the commitment level and attitude of the players on the roster that make the difference. If team owners and coaches don't have that, then there is no real team, just a bunch of individuals out there imitating and misrepresenting their respectful organizations. Not every player will fit into every team's culture or environment, so team shopping when things aint per your liking, may or may not be beneficial to you free agents. So i propose this question to all you players out there, "What are you doing to make your team and league the best it can be?".... And YES, The Warriors are gonna create havoc for some, punish most, make believers out of doubters...but mostly, and certainly, We will earn respect from all on and off the field, win or lose...cuz that character thing goes a long way baby, and that what we are about. We do it The Warrior Way, or we just don't do it!!! |
