MessageHappy Centennial. I am grandson of Walter Anderson and son of Lage Johnson. Lived on the farm directly across from the school from 1955 to 1966. My father delivered milk to all New Norway residents for over twenty years.

MessageSeem to be the first of the Malmo clan to sign in. Daughter of Roy and Doris, grandaughter of Signy and Sivert Malmo, niece of the dreaded principle of the school, Uncle Sverre Malmo. Everyone remember's Granda Malmo's house, right? And Ernie's Cafe? And Uncle Oscar's lumberyard? I could go on and on--happy memories.

Don't think any Malmo's left now in the town, but our spirit must surely live on there, especially of course, on Malmo Street!
Happy Anniversary. Unfortunately I'm living in Northern Ireland and won't be able to make the event.

MessageGranddaughter of Sievert and Anna Westvick who immigrated from Norway; daughter of Evelyn Westvick and Dennis Guthrie (both parents born in New Norway.) Sister Rita and I (both born in St. Maries, Idaho '47 and '46 respectively)were christened in the New Norway Lutheran Church. Brother Richard was born in Calgary in '52.

I'm retired from the Federal Civil Service and living on the edge of the small but growing city of Kemptville, Ontario not far from Ottawa. Hope to be at the Centennial to celebrate and reconnect with the Westvick/Guthrie/Tronnes decendents which include Olstead's, Thorsell's, Fielding's and Duggan's.

MessageLooking forward to being there for the Centennial and meeting with all our Tronnes, Ramsey etc cousins. My brother Dennis was married to a New Norway lady, Evelyn Westvick. So we are very much connected to our Canadian relatives. Wish we could see more of them.
Til then, Margie
