| Message | Ellen: my sincerest sympathies to you and the loss of your father. I lost my father on July 4th this year. My consolation is that he went peacefully in his sleep. God rest his soul. I find that I aM remembering some very wonderful memories of him! I've been following your blog since 1997. God bless hyou and your famuily. |

| Message | My sincere condolences on the passing of your dear father. It is always a difficult time but I think moreso when it occurs close to Christmas, so know that you are in my thoughts. We too had a loss on December 19th, 10 years ago, a darling daughter. Our family gets together and each year we reminisce together and talk about Gail's wonderful life and what a blessing she was to all of us. I wish the same for you. Shirley |

| Message | Thanks for sharing...Reminds me of the last time with my Dad..but we brought him from Florida to Atlanta during his last years..and I thank God for these last years together to really get to know him during my adult years before he died two years ago....Memories, photos, friends help to keep their spirit alive in our hearts...Love, Kathy.. |

| Message | Ellen, my heart goes out to you on the loss of your dad. Be grateful you had him for all his years; I lost mine when he was only 66. And, last year, I suffered the devastating loss of my mother at 83. She left me her condo and it's still sitting in Florida. I too have to get back down to clean it out and see if we can sell it. I made one trip in March but haven't been back since (we're in NJ). And so now WE are the older generation! Laurie |
