MessageHey Lads

Great pics, vids and posts

Just back from my half ironman road trip with Billy and Jared. Good times.. Get j-rod to tell you about he and Billy's attempt to ride the route for me the day before my race.

I have been to Hood River (aka "The Gorge"smilie 2 x (once on my honeymoon)and it is a cool little town. I windsurfed when I was there but could tell there was quite a bit of mountain biking. Great brewpub there called Big Horse I think...

have fun.

MessageHey guys, i love the Oregon pics, looks less dry and a little more alpine. Glad to see that you're putting that GPS to use Steve...honestly...i thought paper maps were so '05...well, i guess you don't have to recharge paper maps.
Now, make sure you take full advantage of those free swimming situations...i can only imagine that the ol Dodge Ram has decreased in resale value significantly due to strange and wordly odours!

MessageBoys! Love the new post and teh D-ville footage is grand, good to see that the riding isn't all spent on the tires, but with some occasional intimate dirt contact...

So as far as Oregon goes, i guess we just take your blogging word for it? no pics? no vid? no way...we demand more considering the tech age we live in...we demand! Steve, you'll be sad to know, there have been no waves in L-town since you left, although we did score a surprisingly good Brackley surf!

MessageSalutations fellow beings,

So here I sit for lunch at noon on the varanda at work overlooking the charlottetown harbor. As I peer across the water I see somebody kayaking, paddle flailing like the limbs of an old birch tree all uncoordinated-like. I sense trouble but my attention is rapidly diverted to a daydream I had the prior afternoon. This puts me into unconscious thought. [What I thought was] minutes later I come to. It is 12:45, I overshot lunch by 15 minutes. On the horizon, a car drives by with a kayak on the roof.

Hope you all enjoy the weekend, sounds like it'll be a dandy, good talk
