Message | Joey, the 14 that were mentioned by Taffy are the ones, my self included, who still appear on the AFSC members page and are still counted within the 600+. I officially put it on the thread that i left the AFSC but my details are still there. Personally i'm not too bothered because politics and numbers. This seems to be the AFSC thing. I just turn up at rallies with whoever i choose, yourself included mate, and get p*ss*d. Weston-Super-mare only had Chris n Claire and Lou from the AFSC but were made more than welcome by our club. The colour of the badge does not matter in my eyes but let's be realistic. Scooters are for riding, being part of any scooter club is for the emphasis on riding them ( wherever, whenever to the individual riders choice). My beef is with the number of "internet scooter riders" in any club. The point i am trying to make is if you have a scooter and in a scooter club, then ride it wih your mates. That is the ethos of our club and the reason i rode a 600 mile round trip to Weston-Super-mare last weekend. How many AFSC do that? No ill regards intended Joey, just my personal point of view of the facts mate. |
