| Message | I am so sorry for your loss. I have 4 babies of my own, and I cannot imagine any of them going through something like that. It's not fair, and it's not right. I hope that you receive justice for everything. I know that it will not bring peanut back, nor will it change what happened to him, but maybe we can prevent this from happening again. Peanut is a hero in my eyes. He is bringing justice to your country. He is speaking out for those who cannot speak. He is changing the way animals are treated. He is saying it's not ok to hurt us. I am very proud that you are bringing awareness, but I am sorry it happened this way. Good luck, and I hope your lives are filled with joy and happiness by adopting a new addition to your family in Peanut's honor. My prayers are with you. |

| Message | My neighbour in Tenerife had a dog Kathy with the same face, the sweetest thing, when I see this picture I break down big time. I sincerely hope for the family and Peanut that the penalty reflects our sentiments, if it doesn't then it shows contempt, and for Peanut, and for the family, and for all the petition-signers and for animal life in general, and our attitude towards the creatures on this planet we owe so much to and with whom we share our lives. The planet and animals can do without humans, and not the other way around, because where would we be without animals. What is due is due. |
