| Message | Arry, wonderful to receive your annual saga. So sorry to hear of your brother's passing, it is never an easy transition for those who remain. I know you will find a worthwhile position soon as I'm sure you are a true asset to any organization. I was surprised to hear of your "significant other" but pleased for you and wish you all happiness. We spent much of the year camping in our new motorhome and having a good time. Next year we are taking it to the east coast for most of the year. Our most northeast point will be Nova Scotia. | Message | Hi Arry, Just a beautiful message as always. Interesting reading your chronicles..wow what a year you've had We've had a year of continuing to struggle financially and lots of frustration with the wedding business. We both find it increasingly difficult doing business in a secular world where there seems little appreciation, ethics or morality. Frank has just completed his four year Education for Ministry course and is considering Prison Chaplaincy in 2009. He has also been approached for a job i Elijah House which is an organisation that has a strong healing prayer ministry for people who have a scarred spirit due to mental or physical abuse. We have had an old friend of Franks called Chris living with us on and off for some years now. Chris suffers from Chronic Fatigue but is also mentally ill and this has set us quite a few challenges, particularly over the last twelve months  Frank and I finally made the decision last week to put our house on the market and wait for Gods call. If the job at Elijah House is meant to be then we will buy something closer to his work up here. If not( or maybe as well as) we will buy a small plot in Tasmania ideally with separate houses on for Chris and for us.2009 is going to be an interesting year  ON a less profound note, Chris is away for Christmas so we are planning a few days of lounging in the pool doing as little as possible and drinking lots of champagne... we'll probably end up like this  God Bless You, love Clare |
