| Message | I am a friend of Liz's,but also the mother of twin girls that were born at 25 weeks. Four years ago, my girls were born both under 2 lbs. My Hannah had the PDA surgery and beyond that, she has been absolutely healthy. My Emma had to have open heart surgery at 9 months for a PDA, VSD, and an ASD. Since then, the only issue she has had has been asthma-like symptoms. I'm writing to let you know from someone who has been there that MIRACLES DO HAPPEN...I have two beautiful girls who started preschool this year to prove it. There were many days when we couldn't believe that our girls would ever be "normal", but I can assure you that our miracles are not normal, they're extraordinary! Both of them have an amazing spirit, a spirit that I can only attribute to their fight for survival. At just four years of age, I have two little girls who are fighters, healers, and my inspiration every single day. They are my proof that God exists. Ashleigh and Faith, no doubt, will be miracles too! |

| Message | Thank you, Todd and Michelle, for keeping us updated through the blog. Technology can be so wonderful. Thank you for taking the time. I hope to get to meet and hold these wonderful little girls. They are a miracle and a blessing. Reading about their ups and downs brings back so many memories of when my boys were born premature, weighing just a little more than the girls. That was 27 years ago. You sure wouldn't know they were that tiny to see them today. We have come a long way in that time. You have many people praying for you on this end also.
