MessageThank you for this. My girl,Ms Red was diagnosed on 3/18/15.She had a tumor on her tongue and has been having unusual snoring sounds for awhile. After x-rays it was very clear her lungs are full of masses,large and small.Surgery on her tongue was the plan until the chest x-rays. She will be 11 years old on November 2.2015.Her mother was a stray that gave birth at my home and buried her newborns alive.I managed to save 7 of 9 and then had to restrain her to get the pups first milk.She was very mean and tried to bite me and the pups.I took over total care at 6 days.All survived and I kept Ms Red and found homes for the rest. She developed parvo 3 days before her first birthday and spent 5 days in the clinic. They gave her a 5% chance to survive that.This dog is my best friend. She knows all my secrets and has comforted me through many hard times.There are not words to describe what she means to me. My veterinarian is trying to keep the tumors from growing, but that is all that can be done. She is having a good day today so I am thrilled. I know her days are numbered and I don't know how I will live without her.Please pray that she doesn't suffer and that I get many more good days with her.And please pray that God will give me strength to get through this.
