| Message | Pleasse pray for Thor, he is 4 years old and has been diagnosed for leukemia/lymphoma on Oct.1,2008. God has been so good, but he now is having more problems with cancer sores and the vet said it is because the chemo fights so hard against the cancer that it eats through the skin to push the cancer out. |

| Message | Spotsy is about 17 years old and has breast cancer. She is unuable to have surgery due to her age. She has been a wonderful hunting dog, as well as a sweet pet for our children. She has been well cared for. The vet was surprised at what good shape she was in for her age. She is not in pain. Eats well. Gets around good. She does have a very large lump on her mammary gland. We want to enjoy her for the time she has left and pray she lives as long as possible, pain free. Thank you for you prayers. The Cassady family |

| Message | Nicholai was diagnosed in January of this year, 2009. We decided not to pursue chemotherapy and radiation. Nicholai is doing so well on alternative care - including herbal tinctures, anti-oxidants, mushroom complex and a mild dose of natural hydrocortisone. I had hoped only for spring, we have had summer swimming; now I look forward to fall hikes. I hold lighlty, knowing that each day is precious. Nicholai is still so happy and full of joie d'vie that I feel privileged to have this time with him. He appears to suffer no symptoms, his energy, his appetite and his lab work hold steady; and he looks forward to each day's walks and meals with the zest of a labrador and the tenacity of a pitbull. I pray for daily quality of life to continue as long as possible and hope - gently - for a lasting cure. Many prayers to each who has a dog with cancer. |

| Message | My beloved dog, Wyoming, was diagnosed with an undifferentiated sarcoma intermediate grade in May of 2007. The tumor was surgically removed at that time but we did not get clean margins. We have been treating her holistically ever since. Please pray for her. She is my "heart" dog and I can't imagine my life without her. |

| Message | Charlie was rescued recently from the pound. My daughter, who works with cat and dog rescue, took him into her home so that he could experience a lot of love and affection. He is a very loving dog. He has a huge mass which is pressing on his wind pipe, making breathing very difficult. Lisa took him to the veterinarian two days ago to find out what the problem was - the test results came back, and he has lymphoma. This pet is so FULL of love and affection. He was obviously treated very badly in the past, and we are quite certain that he was unhappy. There are smaller children in the house, and he loves them all. At this point, we are deciding what we can do to prolong his life. |

| Message | My sweet Apples is a 14 1/2 year old mixed breed doggie who was rescued at age 10 1/2 from an "owner" who kept her outside 24/7, didn't have her spayed and didn't treat her mastitis. She was spayed once she came into my home and I was praying that she would have a long life to experience many good things that doggies deserve. She's 11 month old Neeli's (Golden Retriever) teacher and was Keelee's (Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd - 1995-2008) friend (Keelee helped Apples when she first was rescued). Please keep Apples in your thoughts & prayers - my sweet doggie struggles at times - but still has the will to walk, bark at people walking by, and is still eating & drinking. I love her so much and Neeli loves her too. May God grant her more quality time and give me the courage to know when I need to let her go... Nadine |
