BreedTerrier, boxer, doberman mix
StatePennsylvania
Type of CancerLymphoma
MessagePlease pray for Rylee. In mid August 2016 what originally was thought to be a bee sting to her mouth progressed into her glands. In September her numbers were still normal, so I thought and were told everything was okay. October 11, 2016 she was diagnosed with Lymphoma, my dad was told what we thought was a bee sting actually wasn't a bee sting at all, and Rylee was given 3 months to live. I am devastated and in tears typing this. I know affording Chemo is out of the question, and I feel so helpless. She has never been sick a day in her life and was declared 100 percent healthy at her routine vet appointment a few weeks prior to the lymphoma forming, which makes this even harder. Rylee is my baby girl, she just turned 12 a month ago. I got her just before I turned 16. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She is the sweetest, kindest dog. She is my heart and soul. She was always my bright spot in the dark. Please pray for my puppy. Please send positive thoughts Rylee's way. God Bless.

Type of CancerLymphoma
MessagePlease pray for Rosco and send him your loving energy. He was diagnosed with lymphoma a week ago, and, because of his age (18) I am doing everything I can for him, naturally (no chemo). I have had him since I was in 5th grade, and I am now about to graduate from college. He is my best friend in the whole world, and we grew up together. He is strong, funny, generous, loving, and inspires and teaches me to be a better person every single day. I love Rosco with all of my heart, and then more.
I appreciate your prayers. Thank you very much.

Type of CancerBasal Cell Carcinoma, possible mast cell tumors
MessageMy little fighter Cheekee has survived Basal Cell Carcinoma with a good prognosis. A year and a half later I have found another tumor on her, and when I brought her to the vet they were highly suspicious of mast cell cancer. An aspirate was taken and I am waiting to hear the results. Please pray for my little Cheekee dog.

Type of CancerOsteosarcoma
MessageJasper, my best friend and I can say, my 4 legs son, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma this morning. I rescued him and his 8 siblings when they were 3 weeks old, after someone coldly shot his mom to death, on January 2003.
We traveled across the country twice, we ran together, we hiked, we did a lot of camping, we enjoyed life happily together. He means the world to me. I don't want to loose him but do not want him to suffer neither. Please pray for the best to my baby. Thank you all!

BreedYorkshire Terrier
StateVirginia
Type of CancerBreast Cancer
MessageDaffney has lived a long life. She is 14.5 years old. You wouldn't know she's that old, except she sleeps a bit more. Five months ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had surgery done last month on the advice of her primary care, internist, surgeon and oncologist doctors. It was a hard surgery for my little one as she is only 5lbs. She pulled thru and took her meds like a champ. The yesterday the oncologist called with her lab results. The cancer had gotten into her tissue. He is concerned that the breast cancer will return or it will metastasize on her chest cavity or her lungs. He suggested chemotherapy but that has a good chance of damaging her tiny heart. He was very honest with me. He actually adores Daffney. He said if she were his, he honestly doesn't know if he would do chemo. There is no evidence that this is a good protocol for a dog so little and so old. My family has left the decision up to me. I am inclined to think quality over quantity of life is best for my old girl. He said she'll probably live another 18 months without chemo and about 24 months with it. Daff has seen me thru some rough times and now has gotten me to a good place. I want to do what is best for my little girl. I want her to enjoy her life remaining so the chemo is not our choice. We would be grateful for any prayers as we journey with Daffney thru the rest of her loving life.
