| Message | I lost contact with Glenn after high school when I went away to study art. I lived on Hollywood Avenue in Stratford and Glenn lived at the end of the street across from Wooster Pond (We knew it as "Big River"). Any time The Beatles came out with a new recording, we (Nelson Pawlak, Paul Heck, Glenn and myself) would meet in Glenn's basement. He had a stereo. We would slowly place the new recording on the turntable and listen to the new music. Then we would play it again and again. Then we would play music on our guitars. I still have some old photos taken during those years. I've only recently come onto Facebook and thought how great it would be to try to find some old friends. I am saddened to learn that Glenn is no longer with us. I would have enjoyed hooking up again and maybe have him sit in with my band to play some of the old Beatles tunes we played so many times at his house. I'm sorry I was too late to connect with him again and I share your loss. We had a lot of laughs. Out of the four of us, Glenn was the cool one. I'm glad to know that he followed his passion for music.
Peace, Greg |
