MessageI am very happy that you do (believe, that is)! I have so seen God's fingerprints all over you! It's a fallen world and bad things will happen, but God made sure that you had prayer warriors to fight for you before you had to face this. Please know that you are held up in prayer daily.

MessageThis is the first time I have ever visited a blog! I have to say, you have REALLY made an impression on me, you are such a vibrant individual, and you are able to lemonade out of lemons. I hope you didn't think I was comparing your diagnoses with Randy Paush's, and if you did, I am sorry-I just thought it would be nice for you to see how other people deal with their medical issues, and I like to share. Hey, I WILL remember to bring you the Crazy Sexy Cancer TIPS book, so stop by. Theresa, (the PA who saw you for your pre-op) smilie

MessageHi Tommy!

Hey, happy mothers day! I was a little embarrased when I opened your website to see my ugly mug there! Boy my hair is getting dark. Okay, its not all about me, I mean this is your website and all. I had fun at lunch, and now I am looking forward to our next time together. I have been going into the office more, so I am really looking forward to you coming back to work. But, not to hurry. I told JoAnn about your website, but thought I should ask first before forwarding it to her. Let me know how your doing. I see your next apt is coming up, I sure would like to do something to make it easier, let me know if I can bring over a cassorle or something.(maybe a backrub, sorry not foot rubs!) I miss you, so call me soonsmilie

Love,
Sue

MessageHi Tommy,
I don't know you, although I feel like I do, but I am Sheila's friend and I know Mondo. I'm the one who went through the transplant. This experience will change you but in a few years it will feel like it happened to someone else! I think the feeling you have mentioned is the "chemo feeling". You can't describe it unless you've been there. Also, drinking things out of a can tastes icky, just thought I'd warn you. I was told not to eat any of my favorite foods because they just don't taste the same and it could wreck it afterwards. Also, if food is not tasting good, try tomato soup. I don't know why but it was the 1 thing that was good. I have other words of wisdom to be shared at a later time. If you ever want to talk or vent or whatever, I will always be available.

You're in my prayers,
Heller
