| Message | Sorry for the problems with getting Gracie's ERT going. It is very frustrating when the doctor has little time for you or just common courtesy. It happens way too often. Our son Wyatt had has ERT's done at Nemours here in Pensacola through his hematologist. Maybe the Nemours in Jax. can set it up so you won't have to travel and can do it there. Like you said there wasn't a whole lot to it. We hope things get better. |

| Message | Sara, I'm so sorry that Shands is showing carelessness and indifference. It's enough to have a sick baby and one doesn't have to deal with poor care. There are other hospitals. (Shands was wonderful 40 years ago when my Woody was a pediatric cardiology patient-- what happened?) I'm so glad you have Noodles as your advocate.
