| Message | Praise God from whom all blessing flow! Yeah for Cailin! We have been praying for this homecoming day. You've been quite the trooper and have made it through so much. God has a purpose for your life! We brought our little baby boy home with oxygen and monitors of all sorts almost 19 years ago. With severly damaged lungs and set backs that required physical therapy for a while, he miraculously recovered. This year he played as an offensive and defensive lineman for his football team. We didn't know if we'd ever see the day. Only his physical scars and photos tell the story of a very difficult beginning. Thankfully, you too will not remember the pain and suffering that you endured; but the pictures will serve as a reminder of what a great and loving set of parents you have. Your Mommy and Daddy were there for you 100% and we know their presence helped to give you the will to press on. Your parents serve as a loving example of what sacrifice & dedication is all about when it comes to parenting. We have grown to love and adore you over these past months & will continue to pray for you as you grow and mature. Always know that a very loving Heavenly Father was behind all this. We don't know why He chooses to say yes to life for some and not others. Today we're thanking Him for answering the prayers on your behalf with a yes. Way to go Caili!  We are so proud of you! We love you and Jesus loves you! Give Ellie a hug from us when you can!  |

| Message | I work for Accenture in Lauren's former department. I started here around the time of Lauren's departure, and have heard wonderful things about her. When the email was sent out with this blog address, I added it to my favorites and checked every so often to see updates about Caili. | Message | Dear Tim, Lauren, and Caili, Since hearing of Caili's birth from Margo, and the daily challenges all of you faced, I have been reading your posts (first forwarded to me by Carole Martin). You all have been in our daily thoughts and prayers. I don't know if Tim remembers Jill Hafer, but she's our daughter and was very active in Pony Club. My husband Steve was DC and we became good friends with Tim's Mom, Margo. What a great grandma for Caili. Caili is beautiful and definitely a determined young lady.
