MessageI remember my first encounter with the Sensational Alex Harvey Band. I was a freshman in high school and had just bought The Sensational Alex Harvey Band Live! What a great album and what a fantastic band! Loved "The Faith Healer" and "Vambo". Wonder how Tom Jones felt about "Delilah"?

I was lucky enough to see them live in Stoke on Trent in the mid 70s
Still one of the best gigs i've ever been to , will never forget Alex having the crowd eating out of his hand and in total control with his Boston Tea Party routine .

MessageSAHB is one of my favorite bands since the mid 70s! Although their records were not availabe in the Philippines, I was able to get some at Amazon.com i.e., Live & Penthouse Tapes and the Critical Review DVD. I've got the British Tour from HMV London and their very best from KSA (an import).

The tv performance I couldn't forget is the Don Kirshner's Concert. Vambo Roolllzzz! ok!
