| Message | Dear Mark, You don't know me. I had just gone through two bags of clothes my sister-in-law brought over that once belonged to my brother also named "Mark Birch". After going through the clothes, for some reason, only my higher power knows exactly why, I came in, got on the computer to search for "Mark Birch". That is when I discovered your web site. You see I lost my brother to cancer 11-15-2007, the day after his birthday. (age 46) He had been sick for two years. Had been to doctor after doctor who treated him like he was a hypochondriac. Finally after the insistance of my other brother Steve and a very compassionate ER doctor we were able to get to the root of the problem. He had lung cancer that had traveled everywhere at that point. He went on for two more years enjoying every good day he had, until he just could not take the pain any longer. Going through his clothes brought back the pain,but then I was led to your site. I am truly happy for your most recent MRI results and I hope and pray you continue to be cancer free. I would like to tell you and your family, never give up the fight! I truely know your pain and I will put you all on MY Prayer list. There is power in prayer, there is hope and there is a reason.
