I just returned home from our vacation and am so pleased and excited to see that Lucy and her three siblings have been spoken for ( although I miss them very much ). We have three feral cats that we have taken in over the past three years . They are affectionately "our girls" and have added years to our lives. Miss you Lucy ...be healthy and happy !  |

| Message | Hey, i just wanted to say that i look up to you and your team for everything you do with your shelter. Your very brave, I would never be able to take in a bunch or hurt or sick animals i just dont have the courage for it. It just kills me inside to here about all of the strays and abandon animals out there and theres soo much we are selfs can do about it, but never do. i myself do know what its like to lose a pet, I recently lost my dog Panther he was a black lab, about eight years old, he ran away from home in mid febuary and never came back  I had him sence he was a puppy I miss him dearly I actually dont live to far from your shelter im up the road a ways... I almost got a cat from you but my dog didnt get along with other animals so i couldnt. I hope you your team and all your cats are doing okay, your doing a really good thing for the animals out there. |

| Message | Wow!! What a wonderful website and cause. I am a huge cat lover with two adorable cats that I spoil to death. I have had a dear friend pass away that would like any donations made in his memory go to HART!! I will be purchasing some items needed shortly and will drop them by. I have never been there so could you please email me back to explain where I am to go. I am also passing the word along to my co-workers as well and hope that they too will donate in his memory. Good job and thank you for what you do. |

| Message | i Just wanted to let you know my hats off to you for all the good work you do , recently we lost our home to a fire and lost three cats , My beloved Tom who die in the house from smoke. the others we found and took to the motel and got out once people started coming to bring items of clothing to us , we searched and searched the vet in Wolfville said that because they had come to the old house before that the cat might have given up on his family and wanted to move on. I have now adopted a new cat his name is Xander and my children love him very much however if you ever get a cat that is black with white markings I would love to adopted them as I miss my Tom more and more every day. Keep up the good work Lisa Ells |
