| Message | I have a question for T-Mobile users. I have a T-Mobile prepaid phone. Frequently I do not receive the 911 text alerts on my phone. Although it has always been that way to some extent, recently it seems to happen more often. Sometimes I will fail to receive 5 alerts in a row on my t-mobile phone. Even though they all come through to my home email account. I'm curious if other t-mobile users of my service have this problem, or is it just me? This primarily affects those who subscribed or edited their profile over the last three months, as I was able to recover most of the rest. |
