MessageTrying to be there on 12 Jul to see you all again. I have a slight clash of programmes.

But I am just writing now to supply info for the question marks in the 71 Rafflesian Times photo. Brought back great memories. Thanks Bee Lok (I'm sure it's your photo)!

The photo is of the farewell the RT Ed Board threw for me when I left for US. It was at Foo Jee John's house at Goldhill.

Hope to see you soon! See Kiat

MessageHi Julian, made a foray into the blog, and although you and I are very much in contact, thought I should congratulate you online on the great job you have done in organizing and maintaining le blog.

I have been asked to co-ordinate invitations to Arts classes to attend our July 12 re-union gathering. All those Arts class people who have not responded, please do so asap as the time is drawing nigh! and pass on the word to those who did not receive my emails. Or call me at 96786388 or email me if you want more details.

Cheers,
Naresh Mahtani (Sec 1D-2C-3BArts-4AArts-Pre-U1&2 Arts B) smilie

MessageHi Julian...that was fast!
Sure..will do..got to start scratching my head when I'm free..the old long-lost neuronic synapses are just realigning themselves.
Not this weekend though...there's a medical conference on.
I still remember our reunion at Raffles Marina.
Was in Singapore last July for 10 days for a World Family Med Conference---pity no one from ScG!! Strange , I've been representing M'sia at so many International Fam Med Conferences , but none of the Singaporean delegates I met were ScGians..quite atypical of Rafflesians!
By the way , I'd prefer Eurodollars---my eldest son is studying Mechanical Engineering in Germany!!
Regards to all...Vive le Rafflesians!

MessageHi Husni, it's great to see a visitor writing in the guest book. As blogmaster, I'm "desperate" for writers and contributors to say their 2 cents worth or 2 million $ work. Of course Ringgit also welcomed. (Exchange rate onthe blog, just for old friends like you, can be 1-for-1

How about posting a story? Boleh, kawan?

Hear from you and see you soon. smilie

MessageSorry to miss out on the email. I thought the email is forwarded automatically. Here it is: soonamjg@gmail.com

Let us know when you visit Auckland. Visit to my home or to church depends on your schedule and what you want to see/know.

More info:
We are feeling our age. All the children are taller than us and eat more than us. We feel fatigue and are less able to concentrate. We are talking about retirement from church and from home. There is a general sense that we need to withdraw and that we deserve a good rest, after all, we have worked hard for the past 30 years. However, we have been made aware of needs all around. Now is a period of prayerfully waiting upon God for His direction. It could be two to three more years before we see any major development, that is about the time when the youngest goes to University.
