| Message | Hey Reenu, Blog is looking good. Unfortunately, I think there is lot of truth to the housing market staying down for a rather long time. I wish I had a crystal ball. I find it interesting that they all contradict each other. I can't imagine it getting better for a long while -there is just too much to get settled. Unfortunately, I actually heard the BK word today from someone I know and who makes business decisions too slow and now it is hurting. I just wish I could sell every investment I own. Since money is so tight, I am offerring to carry a second on a house I have for sale/lease which I feel would make sense to do and allow for me to make a higher return with less risk. I'm hearing that buyers don't care. They just aren't buying. We'll see. Jackie |
