MessageDear Mr Darren Aronofsky,

If this is you reading this then I'd first like to commend you on your fantastic plight in the industry, especially Requiem for a Dream and The Wrestler. My name is Jonathan Pogioli, I'm a screenwriter from England and I have a boxing script called 'Redeeming Damnation', a story of a young guilt ridden ex boxer which I truly think you might be interested in. It's been a 7 year project of mine and i feel now is the right time to submit my script to you.

If you think you may be interested in taking a read of my script or synopsis I'd be truly honored and humbled.

Thank you for your precious time reading this.

Warm regards,

Jon.

MessageDear Darren Aronofsky, I write to you with one small suggestion. Once I read a remarkable story, titled "The End of Eternity " by Isaac Asimov. He just grabbed me for life, caught for all the fibers of the soul. This is a touching love story about a fantastic time. And I fear, "and how it would be nice to film this remarkable story". It seems to me that you - one of the few who can do it with high quality and at the highest level. And it is to you, I appeal to this proposal. With best wishes in a creative and everyday life. Elijah =)

PS. Fountain is a great product. I was impressed.

MessageHi Darren,
I never texted you the name of that #1 pizza place in Brooklyn I was telling you about-Lucalli on 580 Henry Place. A native Brooklyn boy like yourself will love it. I am really glad my friend Jason invited me to hang out last Thursday because it was a pleasure meeting you!
If you would like to go out to get a pie sometime feel free to contact me: [email protected]

All the best,
Suzanne

MessageHello Darren.

I remembered the old Fountain site recently.

The Fountain really affected me, I love it. Who composed the music for this website?

MessageMr. Aronofsky, it may seem a rather strange question, but listening to Mozart's "Requiem" again and again I (and not only I) keep wondering whether it influenced you work on "Requiem for a Dream". Did it?
May be I overlooked something while reading your interviews. I will be happy if someone would find it possible to tell me at least something concerning it. My e-mail is [email protected]

MessageJust watched "Black Swan" and just had to hunt you down to say:

Excellent! Fantastic job!

I don't think the movie reviewers did this film justice. And I believe it had pretty good praise.

Loved it!

The story is shown and portrayed exceptionally. The way Nina's character develops with her progress to being the white swan to black... The interaction on Nina and Lily(great casting BTW) whew, what a exciting whirlwind! Culminating at the end with a huge climax. Tons of parallels from Nina and the swan character she is playing.

I haven't enjoyed a film this much since "Fight Club".

Just refreshing in a sea of SHITTY remakes, brand relaunches, and assorted crud most critics claim as worthy of spending money on.

I'm telling everyone I know to watch the movie at least once.

Way to set a benchmark, even if critics didn't absorb as much as I did in one viewing.

I'm glad I don't get paid for reviews... Movies like this one would be incredibly hard to put into appropriate words. And I think most people just cant' cope with this film through all it's wonderful complexity.

Keep up the GREAT work!

MessageAnd please, DO NOT STOP using Clint Mansell for film scores. Don't even think about it.
