| Message | I would like to say thank you to Cookie and all who were in the room. I really would like to thank Cookie for her guidance. I will write out what I want and do not want in my life like she suggested. I have been confused by what the next step should be. I have been pretty goal oriented for most of my life. If anything on my plan changes slightly in the least bit I get really stressed. Well, I left what my young self concocted as the the MOST IMPORTANT THING of my life last year, which made me have poor self esteem. Her reading was dead on that I am lacking in it (although I try to put on a face that I am okay). I grieve the loss of this past life, but know that it was a toxic thing I had to let go. So I am not in a place CHANGE, and it is scary. I am sad, but it when it does surface it appears angry and frustrated. I plan to try to write down what I feel. Grieve the loss so I can move on and RELEASE. I appreciated her kind words and helpful guidance. I hope to return in a couple of weeks to express what has occurred from her reading. THANK YOU...
