| Message | It was 17 years ago today that WPRJ signed on the air. It is amazing to see how the station has changed over the past 17 years - from the staff to the music format. There is no question that God has blessed WPRJ and you are truly "Pericing the Darkness with the Light of Christ." I can recall when you were located just off of US-10 before you moved to your current location in "uptown" Coleman. I know that God has many great things in store for the ministry. My 11-year-old daughter, Lindsey, likes to listen to your station; and I like that I need to know how to help her  She recently had questions about God's existence, & how He could create the world. I had her ask our church pastor who said that the account of creation is a story that was handed down from the Jews, generation to generation & eventually ended up in the Bible. This does not sit well with me, and I noticed it conflicts with your Statement of Faith (which is awesome that you have one & put it online). What would you tell her if she were listening right now? | Message | Love what you are doing. I hang out with a group of middle school kids in the afternoons and have your music blasting - they love how it rocks, but always ask "who sings this song?" Great way to connect! |
