| Message | Hi there Just returned from the Nenthead hotel in Nenthead, Cumbria. What an experience! Ghostly goings on! Stayed two nights. First night I was awoken at 03.20 hrs by footsteps going down two stairs. Spoke to one of the ladies who advised us sightings had been seen of a maid in full uniform. Second night I was nervous so kept my light on in the bathroom, put a do not disturb sign on the door and put bags behind the door. I was relieved at 02.40hrs nothing occurred but not long after I heard a match being struck right at side of my ear. In the morning I never said anything to my partner and he said a match made in heaven. I said why did you say that and he said I smelt a match being struck. So I explained what had happened. I'm looking forward to a good nights sleep! |
