| Message | What's with the Philly bashing around here ![]() I'm more than happy to keep riding Forsberg out until he's back in the top grouping of the league, he'll sign for 2 years in the summer, you heard it hear first. Samsonov was the best of the worst, as my last pick from whoevers crapfest of a team I was chosing from in the screw-the-new-guy expansion draft... Phillies Rule! Blazers and Terror Drool! Oh yeah keep an eye on Goon's team page, rumours are swirling that he's scouting enforcers... |

| Message | Forsberg is looking great now with the old groin pull (you aren't going to be able to pay someone to take him from you Philly - good luck). The only way you'll get something for Samsonov is if you wait until next season and get a desperate GM with injury problems who wants to take a shot on a Dark horse to take a last gasp at the title (if Sammy happens to be playing consistently at the time). Again I say good luck. |

| Message | Both Samsonov and Forsberg have proven to be reliable, consistant players over the longterm. You should have no trouble moving them for prime returns. |

| Message | I agree, and I did bring this up at the midseason draft at the time he was picked. On an unrelated note: S.Samsonov 24pts in his last 28games... ( He's good eh Rob? ) and P.Forsberg 20 mins a game, 2 assists tonight, wants to resign for 2 more years... The problem for me is, they both shave... so land them now while they're cheap. P.S. Forsberg > Langkow Is there any playoff component to this pool? |

| Message | It has become clear that Byfuglien is now strictly a forward, which means something needs to be done to rectify his current position as a defenceman for Shane. With Keith, Seabrook, Barker, Wisznewski, and Sopel all regular dmen ahead of Byf, the Hawks clearly like him as forward. He is in front on the powerplay and on the top forward group. Moving Byf up to a forward roster spot needs to be done at this time. |

| Message | Yup - a real snooze fest. Surprised Campbell went to San Jose - Carle's stock goes way down now - and Goon has both of them. Look's like the snooze fest will continue into the FHL too at this point. Bertuzzi S-U-C-K-S Phil- I knew that, but had to take a dark horse stab for a last grasp at a title - with the faintest of hope that he might have gained a little bit of that touch that he had with the 'nucks. Should've taken Samsonov . . . oh well, I've still got a re-draft picks to turn the trade back into gold. |
