| Message | The reason for adding some variance to the pick is: -I want a higher pick -I think it more accurately reflects the value of the pick in a conservative way -if you say no you're essentially saying Phil would have won this year and next year |

| Message | After finishing 5 points (or less) out of first place in two consecutive season, the Dukes rebuild officially began on September 26th, 2013. Dukes dealt Kopitar and Keith to the Terror for the Drouin prospect pick. We packaged Giroux, Rinne and two others to Collin for Duchene and 10 other assets on the same day. Three days later Jonathan Quick and Bobby Ryan were dealt to the Phillies in return for.... 2 prospect picks and 2 third rounders. The Phillies would play out the 2013-14 season, dropping out in the SUMMER (cough cough Jono) of 2014. If Phil's team had been taken over by another GM - like Farmhands for Bruins or Inferno for Eppsters there'd be no issue. But because Inferno and Phillies dropped out and only Reapers joined, we decided to do a 17 round re-draft which included Phil and Scott's players. The possibility of a similar re-distribution of players in the future certainly exists. What I propose is that the FHL protects the integrity of assets traded in good faith. A carefully thought out decision will set a precedent for FHL generations to come. It's a two part vote imo: a) should Dukes receive picks traded for: 1819 pp, 1920 pp, 2021 3rd, 2122 3rd - YES or NO b) Dukes propose that the two prospect picks be allocated by randomly drawing from a hat the 6th, 7th or 8th prospect pick in each of the two drafts. YES or NO |

| Message | Remind me of where we left off - re: your proposal. FHL GMs counter proposal I believe was those picks are added at the end of each round. We're going to have a vote. |
