| Message | The main concern I have is the 2 primary strategies that have emerged over the past few years, of teams either going for it, Cam and Dan, or blowing it up for a complete rebuild, Jeff, Rob. The other teams seem to be stuck in the middle. I would like to see a format that would allow more teams a chance to win every year. The way I see that happening most likely is with increased player turn-over from season to season, allowing some of the bottom teams to pick up higher quality players at the redraft giving them a better chance to compete. Some sort of roster protection each year may be an idea. |

| Message | The four of us at Rob's on draft night seemed to agree that some level of change should be talked about (forgive me if I am speaking incorrectly). Before we discuss what to do, it might be nice to hear everyone's thoughts on the current "state of the union". For myself, I would have the most to lose by changing to any type of new system. However, I've seen this pool from all angles and it sucks to only have a couple of competitive teams year-in and year-out as seems to be the case recently. |

If the plan is that the proposal is to be in place for next year can we have discussions and whatever votes are needed now so we have as much time to prepare as possible? If these were just talks then that's fine, I just want to maximize our time before changes take place. |
