| Message | Thanks for the updates. We're rooting for you and you are still in our prayers. It must seem like medical info overload sometimes. Hang in there! There was a poster that was popular when we were kids. There were variations on the theme, "Hang in there". I remember a really cute one of a kitten hanging on a tree branch. We are certain that God is holding you in the palm of His hand, and as Corrie Ten Boom said, "the safest place in the world is at the center of God's will."(even though it doesn't often feel like it). | Message | Hi there. I am a friend of patricia's in Nashville. Just wanted you to know that so many people are praying for you. My mom is in Kelowna and just finished her 2nd round of chemo and starts radiation today. She has been very uplifted by the fact that so many complete strangers have been praying for her. I am praying for the Lord to heal you completely and bring you the peace and strength you need to get through this walk though the desert. God Bless Laurie |

| Message | Greetings Pierre, Laura and knee-high sandwich grabbers! I had signed your guestbook a while back but it looks like I was technologically illiterate - so here goes again! We want you to know that you are often in our prayers. Since last May, it seems that we have had one sickness after another (strep throat, wisdom teeth removal and reoccuring infections, mastitis, lung troubles, and the typical snotty noses and such). When we are tempted to complain (actually it's more than temptation), we offer up our sufferings for you. Laura, your joy is infectious. God has given you a major "Grace therapy". Soak it up! We are also praying for Ken and Marg, Maman et Papa, the O'Reilly and Engel families during this time since you share Pierre and Laura's burdens and are being Christ's hands and feet for them. We hope to make it to Regina soon; we haven't been there for years. As the kids put it, "we now have so many reasons to go to Regina." My sister Natalie and her husband have just bought a house there. You are a candidate for a miracle; we await to see what wonders God will work through all of this. There is already much fruit!
