| Message | My niece and oldest sister love Moxie  when they learned of the Moxie Fest, the four of us, myself, my two older sisters and my niece started making plans to attend. My son is a student at Bates College and will be working there this summer  , so we are labeling this our first annual family Moxie Fest Weekend. I was hoping my nephew's wife could come with us but she doesn't think she can make the trip this year  We are all very excited  and can't wait for July. Here's to a great weekend and festival  . |

| Message | IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS FOR NEXT YEAR AND OR THEME IDEAS FOR THE FUTURE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND THEM ALONG. ALSO, MANY HAVE ASKED ABOUT MARCHING BANDS BEING IN THE PARADE - WHILE WE STRIVE TO BRING THIS AND MORE TO YOU IT IS OFTEN NOT COST EFFECTIVE; CONSIDERING THAT MOST (EVEN LOCAL MAINE SCHOOLS)WANT BIG BUCKS TO "PERFORM AND MARCH" IN PARADE. ALL FUNDING FOR THE FESTIVAL IS RAISED VIA DONATIONS, AD SALES AND SUCH. IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW: -IS LOOKING TO VOLUNTEER -KNOWS A BAND THAT IS WILLING TO PLAY -WANTS TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION -WANTS TO PURCHASE ADVERTISEMENT IN FLYER -ETC PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO LET US KNOW. LOOK FOR CONTACT INFORMATION ON MAIN PAGE OF THIS SITE I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO WELCOME "SPIRIT OF THE WOLF" POW WOW TO OUR FESTIVAL THIS YEAR. | Message | Moxie, where did I start drinking it at the age of 14 now 50 and who got me started My passed away relatives that's who. And everytime I get the chance to get a refreshing sip of Ice cold Moxie,I say who needs Coke-cola or Pepsi. What the World needs now is a Moxie as with a bottle or a can of moxie all your problems and troubles seem to disappear until you run out of Moxie. |
