I am one of the directors of the Colorado Children's Choir. We have a number of programs, including a program for kids who "age out" of the children's choir. I conduct a group of young men called "Mountain Men". They currently consist of 14 boys in 7th - 10th grade from the greater Denver area. I am looking for age/ability- appropriate arrangements for these guys. This is my first year with the organization and I am looking for a resource of quality arrangements. My goal is to increase the number of singers & musical quality of this group. Our current membership is a diverse group of young men from the vast spectrum of our racial/religious/socioeconomic society. It's amazing to see these young men come together to sing. I have few boys whose voices have not yet changed. I also have some boys whose voices have dropped completely and seem unable to sing above a low C. I welcome any suggestions/tips to help meld these sounds into a cohesive piece of music.
