You know what, this is my strategy: First, I'd be applying the 'Time Management Agenda' again to this kind of problem. Then, I would also rise the salary of the gurads and police and the Military to 12 %. : If everything is regulated, there will be no 'problems' on the street, such as crimes. It's only a daily agenda, you know. Start using my strategy and you'll give me a good brand of 'lambanog' on this one via a good temperature 'budega' making the riping process for about 10 years, then, sent abroad for a good amount of money. This is the filipino champagne, you know..., and Filipinos are 1st to populating worldwide, you'd surely earn bucks on this wan.  |

| Message | When I visted the municipality, I din't see any frowned faces, unless nga wa ko kahibawo, and who is treating anywan something. Of course..kung ang isang worker or some workers, may problema sa balay, anything financial, it will be brought in until the work force..., and if it need be solved, we have the pôtential to rise salaries, but that also depends if 'the pundo' is maluwag, so what can be done here is the 'time management', which needed to take effect as quickly as possible. Then, we can talk about rise of salaries, I think that, with all our knowledge on handling 'economy' over the years, we've also been notified of a competence towards 'global prospects'. Now that the Philippines becomes competetive economically after the rise of the Dragons way back 1999 and on .. we'd be dealing with a 'better' level of livelihood, in this case - the rise of the salary to about 12 per cent. This can be regulated via governmental laws. And, bibz, don't tell me udon love the pepps  |

| Message | Since I was deprived of the 'forum' I have no choice, but answer everything in here. Concerning the working hours which mostly took effect on a 12 hour basis, it is quite wise to be prompt and strict with 'time' and its management. If I were the mayor of Ormoc, I would wake up at an early 7 o'clock in the beautiful day of a morning with a good cup of brewed coffie from The Arabic continents. Then, I would take my 'gwapo' bath, and hit the office at 8 AM, making sure that at 8:30 the flag has risen - not necessarily standing ouside looking like school children. I would abolish this law. It's 2000 now, rite? This means, that, at 8:30 the office hours should start. At this hour, my colleagues should be sitting on a round table, where we are going to plan the agenda of the day, or this plan should have been done yesterday at 4:30 - 5:30 PM, making sure that my worker should be leaving home at exactly 5:30. Then, she/he still has the time for cuddling her kids and shop. My office hours would be: 8:30 - 11:30 and 1:30 - 5:30. That's only an 8 hour period. It's very important to have an agenda. It makes the work a lot easier, and everything will be so fluently done. It's the german style. The next day will be an another agenda, and this cycle smooths everything, and a pleated uniform would also be necessary. Colors and forms refelect every moods. The office should be in white. .. or in light colors, like light blue. It makes the mind function better.  |

I'm sorry for making your heart feel the hurtz inside it, I think twas necessary, but never thot twud really hurt.
