| Message | What I felt about this, Nancy, by bringing your personal e-mails and 'panaot' here in this guestbook is that I have chosen to share 'you' some pictures of my paintings, that I do with chosen people like Beboy, even. But, you escalated to the point of no return and 'submitted' yourself and your husband to a self condemnation of not being able to have a 'share' of what money worth these oil piantings of class A would to do any human being or individual. I have already measured your inner weighs, and your heart belongs to those who support you with negative 'words', which will never deliver 'progress' to this city. So, I stay firm on the ground with my 'good' activities and achievements coz it's for an ideology and a European people, also some of the Pacific. I think, that, at this point now, you ought to remind your own husband and friends have a 'hault' and start to reminische the few years left for this life to live. I know that The Philippines has a diffirent outlook in life, but we must consider too, that, the greater portion of what 'we' bring into this world is for the globality of the whole concept of living. I am so sorry for you that 'you' have failed me. |

I am never helf accountable for the broken heart and 'shame' you have provided the family, over the things that you have relentlessly adopted on yourself, for being such a person of HATE & ENVY. You have 'never' moved my 'loving' husband from his chair, rather, you have made our marraige even more exciting and most regenerated. I don't know how to stop you from all these 'destroying' over my name and reputation, but I stay - THERESA ABERILLA of Belgium, the NGO GLOBAL LEADER, most respeceted by few good Europeans on their march to a better politics and economy. Wednesday, April 25, 2007 Ormoc is most business-friendly city in Asia ORMOC City in Leyte province was picked as the best run city in Asia for having implemented reforms that made the city business-friendly at the same time addressed poverty in a period of one year. The Donor Committee for Enterprise Development of Asia gave the city and the Leyte provincial offices of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) a recognition for helping the city successfully institute the Excellence in Enterprise Development Reforms, sub-national or local government category. Pinoy Votes: Sun.Star Election 2007 Coverage The award was given after the city successfully streamlined the business permits and licensing system of the City Government. From the usual 17 steps needed to get business-related papers, Ormoc cut it down to five steps. Documents required were shaved from 12 to six forms. From an average processing time of 17 days, this was cut to only two days. Another significant achievement of the city is its increase in revenues brought by the streamlined system. In a year’s implementation of the system the City Government’s revenues jumped by P21.1 million, giving city officials more money to plow into its anti-poverty, health and social projects. |
