| Message | cge man lang mo yawyaw diha.... here's the fact!!! i was there in ormoc last december para mag bakasyon. well, sa ako tan-aw ok ra ang ciudad, limpyo ug peacefull. pero sa ako nahibaw-an naa lang gihapon mga kulang same ra gihapon sa ubang ciudad sa pilipinas. naa mga city ordinance pero mg a3 months raman ang implementation. pagkahuman wala na. kaluoy sa mga taxpayer..... naa ordinance nga no helmet nga mga motorist dakopon pero matod pa sa mga kaila nako diha sa ormoc daghan man kuno gihapon ng mag motor nga wlay helmet. no smoking sa tricycle ug sa mga jeepney naa ma daw gihapon. mag implement gani ug balaod, implement jud hangtod mga amend o e amend.  |
