MessageEnjoyed reading the last few entries and reviews. You should apply for a job with Lonely Planet or Fodor's uides. Your encounters are som much more inersting than their reviews. Karen enjoyed the visit to Crepes with you. Take care,

MessageHi Matt, Joanna and kids,
Tom just gave me this site. Aunt Janet told us you were going in June but, we did not hear anymore after that. Hope all is well and please keep in touch now that you have my e-mail. How are the kids adjusting to the different culture? Please let us know if you come in town. Love, The Ludy's

MessageHi Matt!
I'm having so much fun reading about your adventures over-seas. It must be crazy living in what sounds like a competely different culture from the good old US of A! Hope you and the family are enjoying yourselves while you're over there. Not much new here. Just getting used to working full-time and enjoying the fact that I'm done with school for awhile. Can't wait to read your next entry! Keep in touch!

Shannon smilie

P.S. Tell Joanna and the kids I said hello!

MessageHey Matt! Just finished catching up with your blog. O so entertaining. I LOVE your humor! Today I am helping Tara get ready to go back to school smilie and was feeling a bit blue but now I feel better. It's really humid here too but finally cooling down. Still, I feel like I am wearing a wet blanket so you have my sympathy. Odd, that heating eggs to create deformed reptiles thing. Humm, something to think about...or not. Much love to all of you. Think of you often!

MessageHello Matt and ALL of your family!
It is so great that you are keeping everyone informed of your experiences while in Bangkok! We are truly enjoying your Blog...... Why in the world would there be a zoo of 'deformities'? You are certainly giving us some insights from another culture. Keep the photos and story flowing! We think of all of you often. It should not be long until the kids are in school. How about some photos of your home and then eventually the school and the classrooms, playground, etc. And, it would be nice to see some pictures of Joanna and her folks too. Thinking of you frequently.

Love to all,
Aunt Shirley and Uncle Fred

MessageMatt,
Some great recent stories on your adventures. Karen loved the Starbucks visit. She told me to tell you that the napkins can also be very handy as a accessory in the public bathrooms in Shopping Centers and in particular in the lavatory in the Starbucks on Soi 24 as there is nothing else availble there!!
Also, if you had asked us, we would have told you that there are very few palnts for sale at Chatuchak on the weekend. Thursday is the day for palnts and flower pots!! On the weekend, you need to visit the small market opposite Chatuchak, next to the Fruit and veg market called Autocort. But only if you are looking for Orchids and small pot plants. So next time... ask the experts first!!
All the best from Byron Bay in Australia (on vacation).
Greg and Karen.
